At that time we wrote a number of flood policies. I personally walked to see homeowners that were in the path of the 1972 Flooding in the West end of Johnstown. Policies at that time were just $25.00 per year for a minium coverage. After the flood of 1977, I retraced my steps and filed a lot of claims.
